My Fx Panthera was sent to Sportsman for repair after I'd bought it second hand from a guy who didn't mention it had a leak.After 5 days without the gun my back yard rat problem was rampant and we were desperate. I contacted them by email and they replied within a few moments.I asked them about the leak, which was fine, and assured me it would be back with me that week, but this was a Tuesday and "This week" could have meant Friday, 4 more days away, and now that the farmer is in his fields with his machines the rats are retreating to my garden.. This wouldn't do, I explained how important it was that I received my rifle the next day if possible and offered them upto 100 pounds to send it expressly that day.. They understood immediately, and not only did the they go straight down and make sure my rifle was posted that same day, but they refused to accept a penny in compensation for themselves or the firm! It was simply all in a days work for them.. The rep I spoke to Harry Ward deserves a raise in wages and I cant thank him and the company enough for a rare(these days) pleasant customer experience.. I cant recommend them enough.
