Despite an initial minor issue with my new FX IMPACT M4 FAC .25, Ryan arranged an immediate swap and the replacement arrived at my local gunshop the very next day as promised. A catch up with Tom Jordan also after the event proved that although the manufacture of the FX’s is purely out of The Sportsman’s control, the aftersales customer satisfaction certainly is .
