Two orders, more than a year apart and both didn't go smoothly at all.The first was an air gun moderator that simply never got delivered, attempts to contact customer services at the time fell on deaf ears as I received ZERO response.The second, more recent shambles was an order that consisted of a shirt and a pair of trousers. Both items marked as "limited stock" at the time of ordering, which didn't seem to affect the lead time for trousers as they got delivered as expected. The packing slip that was included however read that the shirt was also picked for delivery in the same package. This was definitley not the case. I did have a response from customer services this time, albeit extremely unhelpful basically telling me that the shirt had been delivered with the trousers and refused to listen that only the trousers were actually in the delivery. This resulted in being ignored after a few emails had been exchanged.I've since written another enquiry to them giving them another chance to send the shirt or to issue a full refund, let's hope they can be bothered to reply!I definitley will not be using them again - online shopping run by a bunch of cowboys.
