I bought an FX Impact M3 .25cal FAC air rifle on 26/01/2023 and the item has been problematic since day one. I persevered with their telephone support and finally gave in and sent the rifle back on 28/04/2023.Called a few times asking when it will be repaired and ready for me to use and all I get is another two weeks or so. The date today is 11/09/2023 19 weeks and three days later, and they still have my rifle in for repair with no update despite my email I sent two days ago asking for an update.Eventually got it back in mid-October 2023. They even had the cheek and audacity to charge me a £75 fee for their time to test the rifles zero. It still wasn’t right so eventually I had to seek help elsewhere like the Utah Airguns USA. Their knowledge of FX air rifles is far superior to the Sportsman Gun Centre.You tell me, how should one feel about customer service and trust.
