Ordered online, got email a few days later saying 1/2 of ordered goods out of stock. Took multiple phone calls to sort, which were friendly but ineffective, promised emails and calls confirming dispatch never arrived, notes on 3rd delivery note basically implied I nicked the item that had not arrived, which I most certainly did not. It they were not the sole ATA importer (so no choice), I would not be rushing to buy from them again.Your response below is exactly your problem. Try rereading from a client perspective. I ordered from a website showing items as in stock, only to find half did not arrive, you did not update the order, I had to call to try to sort it out and as for swapping to the 2 piece rod, you also said that was in stock and it turned out not to be, so I fact another week was added, go look at the notes, who initiated every contact? Look at the emails, you could not supply grease, your suggestion was would you like another pot of the other grease you also ordered? My suggestion would be to get yourself a decent stock control system and then focus on delighting your clients. Given the transaction above just cost you 3 sets of postage and now a client who will never buy from you again, something is going wrong somewhere.
