I am probably the easiest customer for any gun shop having shot for over 30 years and usually know what I want and have done my homework before. However, I purchased a shotgun from the Sportsman Exeter and was served by Tom Jordan. From the beginning, Tom was excellent, his knowledge was spot on regarding the gun and went out of his way to ensure I was happy. I didn't buy an £60,000 gun but the service I received I would have expected if I was buying a 60K gun. I will certainly continue to shop with the Sportsman Group many thanks Tom.
