Great customer service advising to keep what I had received, as the value was very low and not worth the courier to return and they would send a replacement ASAP.I ended up driving past a week or so later to visit family (3 hour drive) and popped in deciding to drop off the erroneous item. This was well received and as the original item I wanted was now in stock they actually handed this in person rather than posting it.Looked at their inventory and have to say, was very impressed, lots to choose from and the advice from the sales rep (sorry missed name) was genuine and did not encourage me to spend extra, instead opting for cheaper brands that did the job just as well.Ashcombe shooting ground is also fantastic owned by the same company.
