Placed my order for a HSF shooting mat on the 30th November goods arrived 1st December at 08.13am less than 24 hours! This was for standard delivery!The mat was exactly what I wanted, this was first order with the Sportsman Gun Centre can’t recommend enough.My order number was 22113001990008 just to show I was a bonafide customer.
Been having trouble with my FX Maverick and no RFD or gunsmith in the Midlands seemed willing to help. As we were visiting family near to Exeter I spoke to Sportsman support and they said to call in and they would take a look. Clearly a problem with gun so they booked it in for repair. I thought it would take several days or even weeks to fix so was thinking I would not get it back until after Xmas when we next came down this way. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call 2 hours later to say it had been fixed. This is great service. Far beyond what I expected. I also purchased another scope whilst in the store. Great advice and with black Friday offer, a good price too.All in all....excellent service. I will be using them for future purchases.

Order no 22112401990006I searched the Web for offers for a FX 4 stage pump. They were the best price by far. I ordered first thing in the morning and paid for 2 day delivery. In minutes I got order confirmation. By 2:15 I got a dispatch confirmation. Immediately a tracking number from parcel force. It was delivered lunchtime the next day. Professionally wrapped and even return paperwork in case it was not correct. Seriously great Professional service. Thank you guys.
