They did not refund me, had to send multiple emails without an answer.Charged me 6 euro return fee when the courier did not even try to deliver just dropped it off at pick-up station.I paid for delivery to the address not pick up, why i would shop online when I need to go and hunt for my products... Do not shop very poor customer service and they will ''forget'' about your refund and just send robotic answers.
