I ordered a pair of shoes and instead of their estimated 2-7 shipping days it took two weeks, a double.For some reason I received two different tracking links... to different companies. Neither of those worked so I couldn't track my order.My shoes (obviously) came in a shoebox but that came in a plastic bag. With all the travel it gotten some hits and the shoebox was torn but the shoes were intact.
