BEWARE! QUESTIONABLE ITEMS! POSSIBLY FAKE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE United States! I purchased a Nike Snowboarding jacket from them. Upon receiving the item NONE of the zippers would move up or down. Reached out to the company and they told me to return the item. (THEY INCLUDED NO RETURN INSTRUCTIONS BESIDES THAT). I then get the best shipping quote possible for them and they promise me that I will be refunded. (eBay's policy is if the seller sells a faulty item then they must provide a shipping label or the funds to purchase a label). I was unaware of the policy at the time so I took their word that they would refund me for the return shipping which was $47.65. Once the jacket was delivered ebay was forced to get involved to provide me a refund for the original shipping and price of the item. I then patiently waited to receive my refund for the return shipping but then received no response for over a week then I finally got a response through FaceBook Messenger where i was once again promise me refund. Shortly after speaking to that representative I received a email explaining that they would not refund me the shipping because they REFUSED the item when it was delivered because it did not say "RETURN ITEM" on the package. (They then pointed fault at me when they never provided any type of instructions to do so). I then contact ebay to find out they tried filing a claim to reverse the original refund for the jacket and shipping (What type of company goes behind your back to try and reverse a refund when they are at fault.) NICE TRY TO STEAL MORE OF MY MONEY. eBay quickly denied that refund and flagged their account. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COST.
