I've faced numerous issues with my equipment. The base board cracked, and I had to get a replacement. Now, the subframe has also broken, and the company is unwilling to assist since it's just out of warranty. The metal used is so thin that it's no surprise it cracked in multiple places. It’s poorly designed for something intended to withstand body weight.
