Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 stars....I ordered a crosstrainer and was told it was shipped on 27-Jul-20. I should have it within few days (5-8 working days according to their website), but on 18-Aug still no delivery!On first contact I was told that they cannot get updates on what the shipping company does - sent me a link with tracking information. This says: Out for delivery, since 5-Aug!!When I wrote that I want my money back because it is uncertain whether I will ever get my order, I was told to wait for the delivery, refuse it and only when the order is received at their warehouse I would be paid back! Unacceptable, obviously.When I finally said that I will request a refund through PayPal, they got rather rude. I was told that because I haven't provided a phone number when I placed the order, the shipping company could not get in touch with me to arrange a delivery. Totally not true! Luckily I had an order confirmation clearly stating my phone number. I sent it to them again, 3 days passed and nobody has called. Giving them 2 more days and then it's over to PayPal.
