Bought an ESX 500 Exercise Bike from their website. It arrived reasonably promptly.The bike seemed OK at first.However, I could not get it to connect to the Kinomap App; and I was unable to download the eHealth App.Within 3 weeks of moderate use the exercise bike was making strange noises and the crank was moving unevenly. I have emailed SportsTech 4 times since mid-July - no response whatsoever.So looks like I'll be seeking refund via Credit Card company.
