My second return with this company has also ran into major inconveniences causing me return home from parcel shop without being able to ship the items, still with the shoes in hand. This time, I remembered to download the return-slip onto my computer, then send it to my phone via email, as I would not be able to download this later under any circumstances and it is not sent to me in the return email. However, the QR code was rejected by the parcel shop. I had to return home and I'm still waiting on a from the company to get this corrected after a full business day. Due to personal circumstances, I have 4 hours to get this sorted out tomorrow or the parcel will not be shipped for several weeks.
