i am an older guy and am not good with technology. i put off ordering sooner because of this. I place my order and then needed to download photos. It was a little difficult at first until i got accustomed to the site. i did get a couple messages with some helpful tips. i took new photos using there guidelines after submitting new photos i received an email saying the new photos were perfect. they took it from there and i received a proof the next day. My order was received in just couple days. I was so excited to see the finished print. I could not expect anything more. thank you for your help in getting the perfect photo!!
