I entered into this agreement trusting the company’s professionalism and expecting transparency, proper communication, and timely delivery.Unfortunately, what I received was far from that.After the payment was made, communication became inconsistent. I repeatedly asked for updates and clarity, but all I received were vague responses, changing excuses, and no actual progress or confirmation regarding the car’s delivery.What’s even more unacceptable is that I sent a formal and respectful message directly to the CEO and the highest-ranking individuals in the company, clearly expressing my concern and requesting answers. That message was ignored completely.It has now been over four weeks, and I have not received the car, any proof of progress, or any genuine accountability. Despite following every step they asked and paying in full, I’ve been left with no resolution.I’m speaking out not out of anger, but because this level of treatment is completely unacceptable — especially when large sums of money are involved. No customer should have to deal with silence, delays, or dishonesty after placing their trust in a company.If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I urge you to demand clear timelines, proof of availability, and secure terms before making any payment.
