We have been using Spotler since August 2022. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. We still have weekly calls with him to talk about the ways we are currently using the tools, and brainstorm ideas for the future.
