Rang up to ask about hiring a machine, took ages to get through to them, just kept ringing and ringing, took them ages to pick up the phone. Got through to a man who was very rude and blunt and had no clue what i was talking about. Definitely shopping somewhere else that hopefully has nicer staff.Work on your customer service skills, these customers are paying your wage remember.
