Initially, I was pleased with the customer support – they were quick and polite, genuinely wanting to resolve the issues with my order. However, the overall experience turned frustrating. My original order had to be partially canceled due to stock and embroidery issues. I accepted this and appreciated the offered coupons, but only one coupon could be used per order, making it impossible to reorder at a reasonable price. What was meant to be a goodwill gesture turned into a limitation that cost me more. I was left with unusable coupons and no resolution. It’s disappointing because the support team tried, but systemic flaws overshadowed their efforts. I had higher expectations from a company of this size. Communication is ongoing, but my frustration has compelled me to write this review. The final straw was receiving the only item that wasn’t canceled, which arrived incorrect. Despite clear previews and confirmations, the embroidery was misplaced, ruining the design. This is the third major issue with one order. I’m done. My efforts were ignored, and I no longer trust this business. What started as a professional experience ended in carelessness. I can’t recommend a company that can’t follow its own confirmations and hides behind vague policies.
