Funny, your first line "what went wrong THIS time"I would of left a "no star' rating if it were an option.This on-line purchase was one of the worst experiences that I have had. A month and a half of back and forward over a large dollar item that arrived with important pieces missing. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I think their intent is to string you along until you just give up and eat the cost. The only thing that saved me was that I had kept copies of all our communications and was able to catch them in their lies. A month of absolute frustration. BUYERS BEWARE!!
