I just bought a set of these storage boxes realizing I made an error buying the "wrong" type of storage boxes, so I had to return them. Little did I know, with all Amazon returns to go through UPS Store, I was charged $100 for ground shipping. I brought this up to Spreetail Customer Service. Here is their claim:Dec 18, 2023 5:11 PMHello,Thank you for clarifying that you paid to return this item back to us on your own.As we're unable to refund more than the amount of money originally paid for the purchase, we aren't able to reimburse return shipping charges if an item was returned via a means other than the FedEx labels we're able to provide.Spreetail is happy to help you with any other questions that you may have.Thanks,Spreetail Customer Experience Team"Therefore, expect you will have to pay out of pocket to pay for UPS ground with a set of these boxes from the weight amount ending up to cost $99.00 to cover for the return shipment. The Seller should cover this, and with $89.00 to get a refund against $99.00, I technically do not see that as a refund. I will also post this on the internet for everyone to see. Unless Spreetail gives me my $100 to cover the shipping cost I paid out of my own pocket or credit card, then I will remove this review. Otherwise, I want everyone online to see it.
