The color does not match the images at all. In the pictures, it looks like a warm chocolate brown, but in reality, it appears greyish and very cool-toned. It was a complete surprise. I also paid for next-day delivery, but the order arrived two days late and wasn't dispatched on time, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the wrapping paper cost extra, leading to a total spend of around £11, only for the order to be delayed. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and reflects a lack of reliability. Unfortunately, I wouldn't shop from this service again.
