Caution to potential customers. The service has significantly declined in terms of customer support and product quality. I previously ordered a pair of boots similar to one I bought years ago, and they were satisfactory. However, when I ordered the same style in a different color, the size was smaller (despite ordering the same size), and the leather felt stiff. Previously, the leather was soft like Italian leather, but now it feels cheap. Their return policy is very disappointing. If you mention that you've worn the shoes for a few hours on carpet due to discomfort, they will refuse to accept the return. I will not be ordering from them again. Even though I am still within the return period, they won't accept my boots because I was truthful about wearing them on carpet for a short time.
