“Live” support is absolutely terrible. Unacceptable when you are dealing with people’s money.I have had $2800 I can not access for almost a week now and “live” support is an absolute joke.They have blocked my card due to some unauthorized charges, which Is fine. However they did not tell me, let me load the card, and proceeded to not answer for days on end. I STILL have not been able to get them to unblock the card just so I can move my money out of spritz.I have typically had a good experience with them and transacted a lot of volume. But this experience right here I will probably never use them again.*update*Updated to 4* for working with me to resolve the issue, I am keeping it from 5 stars just based on no 24/7 live support, there really should be access to a human at any time for any problem when dealing with peoples finances.Get it together.
