To be fair with SF, the "off ramp" for me has worked out great. I've had no problems with that. However, the "pay bills" side has been a nightmare! On January 31, 2025 I made a payment of $1500 for my credit card. The estimated completion date was Feb. 6, 2025. The date has come and gone. I've been in contact with customer services and still nothing has been worked out. I very disappointed in SF bill pay services. It is not something that I can recommend to anyone. I've requested a refund of my crypto and still waiting for the refund. Update on 02/26/2025: I want to be fair with Spritz. My bill finally got paid. I can only assume that the pay bill section seems to take quite longer than sending money into your bank account. But thanks for paying my bill. It was late.
