I would say, spritz is a complete joke. Customer service was subpar at best. Um, when they did finally return my queries, they explained that I had about 17 minutes left, and they would walk me through it. Then they so much as laughed at me when I said i'm sorry, but I don't have time to right now. The last email that I read, I had to laugh because they said even though the sign on bonus had expired that I should look into the. Referral bonus program. Yeah, 'cause that's what I want to do after my experience is send my friends their way. I don't even think I would send an enemy there for torture. Every time I tried to use their bonus, no matter how I did it, it would say that I didn't have enough funds to cover it. There was a link i was supposedtouse to approve the transaction. And when I'd click on that, I got an "oops. This page doesn't exist"when I brought this to customer service, they just ignored it, and didn't even give me a response. If there was a lot of a lower score then one star, I would have definitely given it to them. Ya i had 71 and 3/4 hours with out and support. When I first reached out to them they had a message that said be back in a few hours. That then with no return changed to will return tomorrow. Haha. There goes roughly 24 of 72 long story short when I finally got in touch with someone I was just headed out the door for a prior obligation. I explained that I didn't have time now and it would have been nice to have help the 3 days while I struggled alone on with no support staff to assist and help links that said opps this had moved or such language, which obviously, is no help at all. If they really wanted to give out an incentive bonus. They'd probably time frame it. Bye. We will give you 72 hours while our offices are open instead of 72 hours over the weekend with no one home.
