They put up a great front. I really appreciate that they exist, but they don't put enough resources into customer service and allowing users to have better financial services than are provided elsewhere. what im saying is they talk a lot and yet i have had numerous occasions in which one of the "pre-paid" visa's didnt work while making purchases. recently i was completely closed out of a pre-paid debit that still has 67$ on it. What we know about those digital debits is that if i dont use it i will loose it. So now i have 67$ trapped on a digital card that gets declined at 100% of places so pretty much ive lost around 67$ with them and successfully transfered around 5k.... do the math. if they loose around 1.5% of my money... thats not a solid finaicail organization. they could have made that from me in fees if they actually supplied us with a realistic financial enviornment. It "works" sometimes though so i give them 2 stars.
