Update- My experience was not one I ever want to repeat but I want to say Spritz did give me my funds back finally today 20 days later. I have been a customer for a year mainly bill pay only , used them over two weeks ago to buy crypto, same day wire option , took them over a week to tell me they could not complete purchase and I would be given a refund, said would be processed Monday, It NEVER CAME they continue to hold my whole 5 figure crypto they themselves said would be refunded. No updates on when they will refund my money as promised, by either chat or escalated support email address. Trust level 0
