Matheus was very patient and helpful when it came to adding multiple flights to my trip and worked hard to get me an itinerary that worked for me. Daanish was truly exceptional when the airline cancelled my returning flight home - he worked with me to put me on the next best flight home and was able to assist me so seamlessly when I missed my connecting flight due to a shorter-than-anticipated layover. I can't thank them both enough!My experience fell one star short due to platform limitations with showing available flights and not being able to book a multi-city trip.
