We ordered a corner shelf that looked beautiful and natural on the website. They sent a couple photos along the way and I had a feeling it wasn't going to be good but second guessed myself and thought I probably just needed to trust the process.Nope. We got an item that is light and hollow feeling, thin and the natural live edge look that had a dark almost bark look on the website looks completely unnatural and manufactured. The "curves" are 100% symmetrical (not organic) and rounded on the sides. It looks like something I could buy at home goods not a custom item that was over $300. I emailed them with concerns and asked for an exchange, I didn't ask for my money back and was still told no. They don't stand behind their work and don't care about customer satisfaction once they have your money. We were so excited to get a custom high quality item that would last a lifetime and now we have a wasted $300 good will donation. It's also very shady that the website is set up with a New Jersey address seeming like a local hand made item but yet it ships in from Vietnam... Don't waste your money.
