Spryness is a fraud immigration services. Do not trust their agreement and do not pay them money. They have got more than 40000riyals from us for Canadian visa. 2021 we have started the process for my husband Paranthaman, Each and everytime they said some or the other processing reason and got money from us. In their agreement they have clearly mentioned if they cannot provide visa as promised they will refund our money back. Trusting their agreement we have also paid so much. But it has been almost 5 years since we have started our process, we didn't get the first step of document also from them yet. We have been asking to refund our money back but they were saying we will provide some other country visa for us for which they are asking additional money where we are not interested in and don't want to trust them and pay anymore. As per the agreement they have not provided any refund. Once we have started asking for refund they said in 3 months they will refund us back. But now it's been 2 years and no one is answering our calls.. Deepak is the main guy who spoke to us but when asked for refund he and everyone stopped picking our calls. We are working hard and earning money, they are taking it from us in fraudulent way easily. Whenever I post a review they immediately send us a threatening email saying they will file a defamation case against us and they will not refund our money back. Already it's been 5 years and they didn't refund our money back. Everyone please never trust Spryness Immigration. Be careful and save your money.
