My experience with DNS Umbrella was horrible, the people who is dealing with my payroll just answer the email when she feels too. They don’t care about costumer service. I left various emails and I left phone-call messages they didn’t replay nothing from 8th July to 12th July 2022. 12th July I had to envolve other person for them to replay and they still didn’t solve what I asked for, it is passed one week. I am your costumer who pays every week fees and there is lack of communication it is unacceptable.
