Absolute scam of a company - they "bought" my mortgage without knowledge or consent. Their system is broken, I have no way of logging into their system, making payments, seeing details... the account number they give me is not set up with my SSN or EIN. Everything was perfect with autopay set up and the morgage being clean and good to go. Then these bafoons get involved and I now receive weekly phone calls that consist of me talking to an agent for 30+ minutes trying to get access to my setup my account... them acknowledging the system is broken, and then adding "notes" to the account (there are now 5 FIVE sets of notes)Worse still is every one of these offshore agents calling me weekly does NOT review said notes and opens the conversation unprofessionally. Reporting to attorney general, FHFA. Totally negligent and incapable.
