Staff are incompetent at the Blackburn location , it took 3 members of staff to cut a potato and put garlic butter on it.
We had to wait 30 minutes for beans which were cold upon being served and the food was cold as a whole , extremely disappointed I feel the quality has dipped since they have broadened locations.
