Odering was straight forward, telephone support was helpful, delivery was quick. New brackets fitted my 50 year old uprights well. New uprights had slightly different lengths and hole placings than the old ones. But I was very satisfied that I could continue using my 'stock' of Spur shelving. It really is very robust and obvously stronger than others I have used.
