Bought direct from the spurshelving.co.uk website. My payment was acknowledged a *week* later, with no indication of a delivery date. When I chased, a month later, the whole operation (Asset Protection and Licencing Ltd) seemed to be one guy, Peter Sully. He offered up one excuse after another: the size I'd ordered wasn't in stock in black and he'd have to get more to the powder-coaters. He was in the hands of the coaters, and hoped they paint the goods black etc etc. Finally, he said he'd rushed to collect from the coaters and would parcel the stuff up and post it. It arrived - 6 weeks after ordering and only because I pushed. Unfortunately, one of the 12 brackets didn't fit well (and stuck), while over half had sharp spurs of metal that would slice a hand open. These should have been filed off before coating.I had to resort to PayPal as Sully didn't respond top my request for postage to return the order due to dangerous faults. A day before the PP deadline, Sully granted the refund. No postage, of course, which is considerable for items of this weight.I'm truly sorry to have this experience. I'd relied on Spur Shelving for decades, but now, I'll buy twin-slot products from Ironmongery Direct. I wish I hadn't given away all the old-school Spur stuff I'd collected over years!
