I ordered a set of solar fence lights that were advertised as a 'special deal,' but I have yet to receive them. I attempted to contact the service with no luck. I escalated the issue to my bank, which fortunately refunded my money while they investigated. I did receive an email from a representative stating they would address my complaint, but I have not heard back since. I will not be purchasing from them again, as I, like others, have had issues with faulty solar lights that failed within six months. It's wiser to order from alternative platforms!
