⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Home Buying Experience
The worst place to purchase a home. An absolute nightmare. Our primary contact was unresponsive, and when we finally reached him, he was clueless about the issues we faced. There was no accountability or follow-up. If you're considering buying through this service, be ready for immense stress and lack of real assistance.
We had to pursue builders on our own, miss deadlines, incur extra costs to resolve problems, and cope with delays that should not occur. It took almost 10 months to receive handover for a house in an area where construction typically takes much less time. There was no proactive help at any point.
The only bright spot was a representative who was attentive and genuinely supportive; however, it seems the best employees tend to leave the organization, which reflects poorly on the company. Despite the poor service, they had the audacity to propose assistance with renting the property and financing options. Honestly, that felt completely disconnected from reality.
