1 Star – Very Unprofessional Handling of Token Amount ⚠️

While searching for an apartment in Souparnika Rhythm of Rain project, their representative assisted me over a video call since I was out of town. I was asked to pay ₹5,0000 as a token advance to block the unit. Trusting their assurance, I made the payment
However, despite repeatedly asking for an official receipt, I was never provided with a proper bill. Instead, I was only sent a screenshot of a bill payment machine, which is not a valid or professional receipt.
Due to personal reasons, I had to drop my plan to purchase the flat. Since then, I have been requesting a refund of the ₹5,0000 token amount. Unfortunately, the concerned representative stopped responding to my calls and messages.
It has been over 6 month, and there has been no proper response, no accountability, and no refund. Even after escalating the matter, there has been no resolution.
The amount may be small, but this kind of lack of transparency and communication is very concerning. Buyers should be cautious before making any token or advance payments without receiving proper documentation.
I hope the management of Square Yards takes this issue seriously and resolves it at the earliest
