I waited 4 hours for an engineer who didn't show up. I cancelled 4 hours of work -£180. Nobody called to say the engineer wasn't coming, I hope a system has been put in place to rectify that for other customerd. I'm now being charged for 6 days when I wasn't using the service, even though Squirrel knew the second I plugged in the router.So, if you can tell I've plugged in the router and can email me about that within minutes, why can an engineer's job sheet also be so quickly correlated?
