Was a little disappointed that the transition was not as seamless as expected. Network was switched over by previous provider in the early hours of the morning, new router didn’t arrive until lunch time thay day and even then, Squirrel didn’t enable my account until after 1pm, leaving without internet for over 6 hours, and both my and my wife work from home. Router really should be posted sooner and account could have been enabled earlier…that way I could have just plugged in the router and been good to go.
