Recently, I used a third-party service that charged a significantly higher fee to process a tourist visa for Sri Lanka. Despite their assurances, the visa was not issued on time, which caused considerable inconvenience. As a result, I had to obtain a visa directly from Sri Lankan immigration upon arrival.I contacted the service to request a refund due to the delay and the fact that their service was ultimately not used. However, they refused to issue a refund. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the additional expense and the stress caused by the last-minute visa arrangements.
