My initial experience with the employees was positive; they were professional and polite. However, the head of the company was extremely unsympathetic and rude. He ignored requests, spoke incoherently, and was condescending. His refusal to take off his shoes and constant upselling was frustrating. He stalled the entire moving process with unnecessary talk. I will not use their services again and cannot recommend them unless you're willing to deal with potential damage and stress.
