Trever helped me a lot! The effects of SSP is something I’ve been looking for for a while now. I’ve done many modalities and I started to zone in on my nervous system being a part of the whole problem I was looking for. If you do SSP gradually and for a long time you’re likely to stay on that higher state and plateau, rather than spike and drop…Trever himself has been amazing. He is punctual and responds every time I do. Trever is always available for me. He encourages me and reads my periodic messages throughly. Trever offers insight and resources. I like that he’s a guy too because he really understands my perspective and problems I go through being a man. What’s great about SSP Wellness Center is that Trever’s wife Emma is available for women to relate to.I have found these people to be very professional and effective.
