I’ve been having SSP for about 6 weeks now. I find listening to the music super relaxing….I love that you can choose your favourite type of music! The activation I’m getting started off very subtle….I’m noticing more now and it’s very manageable. Emma and Trever are very supportive throughout, checking in regularly to see how I’m doing. Explaining why I’m having the activation that I’m having, how it’s a positive sign, how to manage what is coming up for me and are on hand when I need to talk anything through. 😊
