The staff were dismissive and rude, resorting to insults instead of resolving the issue. They clearly lack basic knowledge of Windows virtualization and ignored substantial evidence, relying on generic troubleshooting that didn’t fit. When confronted, they ended the conversation instead of addressing the problem. This is not a legitimate operation; it’s a reseller without real technical understanding. I wasted time and money with no accountability and was even banned from Discord for sharing my experience.
