Customer satisfaction was above the norm. I had to wait a bit longer than usual because parts were on backorder at Stack Audio. Customer service was in constant contact with me letting me now what their situation was and they made it right by giving me a small discount, which I did not expect or asked for. Exceptional service...Now to the product - I have a sound nerd friend and we go back and forth with equipment we have, trading out the equipment in the sound rooms (his, mine) and the Auva's are a gamechanger in my system. I have a set of Zu Audio Union Supreme 6's. The most immediately noticeable change was the bass extension and loss of muddiness ( I'll call punch?). Instruments that produce lower tone registry suddenly focused in the soundstage and the timbre of any low register instrument was realistic. I said above "focused soundstage" above but I mean like having a set of good headphones on.Tom C.
