The spikes were sent out without delay and without any fuss, however, these were lost in transit, necessitating me to contact them again. I used the live chat option expecting the usual useless bot responses that most, if not all, companies employ. Not Stack Audio. The live chat is conducted with an actual human being who actually cares! By the end of the chat, replacements had been resent and tracking information provided.Given the quality and performance of Stack Audio products (from my experience, it's warranted to believe the online reviews), the company could possibly not not prioritise customer service, for the products sell themselves. Fear not, everything about this company and its products are first class. Well done Stack Audio!
