First of all the customer service and communication is exceptional from this company Josh is very helpful and is always willing to give advice on what is best for your individual system ie AUVA’s suit different weights of equipment. I purchased the AUVA equipment isolators for under all my equipment including the AUVA 50, 70 and 100’s speaker isolators for under all my speakers as I have 3 system’s, they truly made an audible difference to my systems ie opening up the sound stage improving the bass etc. once you have tried them you won’t want to send them back. In my system’s it was a significant upgrade.I also have the new Stack Audio Serene mat and Serene record stabiliser for my Garrard 401 another great product.Overall a very happy customer.
